Vetted Conditioner | Dyber IP Cores

Overview

Vetted conditioning function per SP 800-90B section 3.1.5. Uses SHAKE256 for entropy concentration, converting raw noise source samples into full-entropy output. The core supports back-pressure for flow control, preventing output buffer overflow in downstream consumers. The production chip variant uses a multi-core SHA3-256 conditioner for higher throughput.
