Overview

SHA3-256 based hash-mode deterministic random bit generator per SP 800-90A section 10.1.1. The core implements a 440-bit seed length and serves as the default output stage for the QuantaSE-Q random bit generator. Designed for alignment with post-quantum hash infrastructure, Hash_DRBG provides standards-compliant pseudorandom output suitable for cryptographic key generation and protocol use.
